We’re proud to sponsor Dundee High School FP Cricket Club, supporting 77 juniors as they get stuck into cricket. On Sunday, they batted it back and returned the favour.
Team Altar was treated to a friendly game on the club’s brand-new pitch and even enjoyed coaching from the Aussie pros themselves - all rounded off with a BBQ in the sun for a day truly out of the park.

Arbroath’s Neighbourhood Board has been very busy, and so have we.
As one of 20 UK towns awarded funding through the UK Government’s Plan for Neighbourhoods initiative, the Arbroath Neighbourhood Board has been delivering a series of events designed to gather input from the local community and help shape how the funding is used.
Featured on STV, Radio Tay and in The Dundee Courier, our combined media activity has already reached an incredible audience of over 3.5 million, driving awareness and ultimately attendance at their first two community workshops sessions.
Alongside this, our tailored social campaign has helped amplify the message, increasing reach, engagement and follower numbers by up to 900% across all digital channels. A true Arbroath smokie. 🔥

An expert at balancing deadlines and dissertations, Altar Client Services Manager, Rachel Brannan, has graduated from Abertay University with a BA in Digital Marketing & Business Management.
Joining us in early 2024, Rachel immediately made an impact on our team, leading key client projects and fully embracing Altar ways of working. Named a co-owner through our Employee Ownership Trust in January, she now brings the same passion and dedication to her role as a full-time team member.
Rachel said: “As a single parent returning to study, balancing work, life and university has been a challenge to say the least, but an incredibly rewarding one.
“I’ve been so lucky to have the support of Altar throughout my journey. The team hasn’t just accommodated my goals, they’ve championed them. From day one, they’ve created space for me to learn, grow and succeed both at work and in my studies.”
Bold and built to connect - Abertay’s 2026 undergraduate guide is live.
This is the third year we’ve partnered with Abertay to design, artwork and project manage their flagship publication. A key recruitment tool, the guide has evolved to become a tailored experience for each prospective student.
The 2026 edition includes a beautifully produced print version and for the third year, a digital version configured to let users tailor content to their own course interests.
Originally a three-year contract, we’re delighted to have been retained by the Abertay Marketing team for another year. A post-grad, if you will.

There’s plenty to #Smile about this EO Day.
Since becoming employee-owned in 2021, we’ve built a culture where everyone has a say - and a stake - in how we work and where we’re headed. This shared ownership enriches everything we do, from our thinking and creativity to the care we put into each project.
So Happy EO Day, from one of Scotland’s only EO creative consultancies😊.

Class was back in session at the High School of Dundee as we created a full promotional campaign aimed at prospective parents. From first bell to final edit, we scripted, storyboarded and directed a 30-second TV advert with the help of their fantastic pupils and staff - now airing on STV for the next two months.
Alongside the hero ad, we refreshed the school’s website, launched a dedicated landing page and delivered a targeted digital marketing campaign, bringing all activity together for maximum impact. Big thanks to our production partners Arms & Legs and Richard Wood for collaborating with us to bring the project to life.
