A bit about the role

Title – Account Manager

Hybrid role – 2-3 days office based per week

Location – Either Glasgow or Dundee office

Permanent role, 35 hours p/w.

We are on the lookout for an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing Client Services Team. The ideal candidate with be enthusiastic and focused on building brilliant client relationships and bringing creative projects to life. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work with some of our amazing clients across a multi-disciplined agency.

The role would suit an exceptional Account Executive who is ready for the next step or someone in early stages of Account Management with ideally 2-5 years’ experience.

What we are looking for

Previous agency experience advantageous but not essential.
Confident building strong working relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience managing campaigns across digital marketing platforms would be advantageous.
You are not afraid to ask questions, seek clarity and take ownership of your part in a project.
Organised, reliable and thrive at multi-tasking, setting deadlines and priorities for your clients.
You work well with others, value collaboration and bring a positive, proactive approach to the team.
You will be keen to develop, learn new disciplines and get involved in a wide range of client work across the agency.

Duties will include

Support day to day running of client accounts and maintain clear, reliable communications with clients and the wider team.
Work with the Studio Planner to ensure clients work is scheduled to requirements.
Manage and prioritise your workload across client projects, retainers and internal marketing activity.
Contribute to content planning, copy development and campaign coordination where needed.
Help successfully progress projects from brief to delivery.
Writing clear briefs, status updates and meeting notes to keep work moving.
Taking ownership of timings, deadlines, budgets and scope – raising issues early when needed.
