Packaging & NPD

We help organisations develop new products and packaging that are on brand and stand-out on shelf. From limited-edition whisky releases and core spirit ranges to food products for supermarket aisles, we handle everything.  We start with category reviews, workshops and close collaboration with internal teams, then define what each product needs to communicate, who it’s for and how it should sit within the wider portfolio, and how we can then create a balanced brand story whilst ensuring that we meet commercial objectives and retailer expectations.

From there, we take ideas from concept to launch-ready designs. That includes product and structural design, label and pack graphics, as well as copy, tasting or product descriptors and on-pack storytelling. We work closely with print and production partners to refine specifications, produce mock-ups and prototypes, ensuring pack content is compliant and delivers the right impact across materials, formats & finishes.

The result is a set of products or packs that are distinctive enough to cut through in a crowded marketplace, but remain true and add value to the clients and brands we work with.
